Service terms

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms apply to use of ADN Invoice. The service creates and sends Xero invoices only on instructions submitted through an authorised customer account.

Authorised use

You must have authority to connect the selected Xero organisation and to invoice every recipient you submit. You are responsible for invoice accuracy, tax treatment, account codes, recipient consent and compliance with applicable laws and Xero's terms.

Customer responsibilities

Keep account access secure, review invoice details before submission, use accurate recipient data and promptly disconnect access that is no longer required. The service must not be used for spam, deception, unlawful collection activity or unauthorised access.

Xero-controlled functions

Xero controls invoice numbering, sender identity, email template, online invoice link, API availability and provider limits. A status of “Accepted by Xero” is server-side evidence of the send request, not a guarantee of inbox delivery or payment.

Availability and limits

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, Xero limits or third-party outages. Jobs may be delayed, retained or stopped to protect data integrity and avoid duplicate invoices.

Subscriptions

Access may be limited or paused when a subscription is inactive. Commercial pricing, billing frequency and included usage are provided in the customer's order or service agreement.

Changes and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect Xero access. Adnan Digital Inc may suspend misuse or security threats. Material service-term changes will be communicated through the service or the established customer relationship.
