Privacy notice

ADN Invoice helps authorised customers create and send invoices through their own connected Xero organisation. We do not ask for or store a customer's Xero password.

Information we process

We process account details, business name, connected Xero organisation identifiers, encrypted OAuth credentials, invoice instructions, recipient names and email addresses, invoice status, operational logs and audit events.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate customers, connect the selected Xero organisation, create requested invoices, ask Xero to send them, show job status, prevent duplicate processing, apply service limits and maintain security.

Service providers

Invoice data is transmitted to Xero under the connected customer's authorisation. Infrastructure is hosted with Hetzner. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Security and retention

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is separated by customer workspace, transport is protected with HTTPS, and backups and audit records are maintained for service continuity. Records are retained while needed to operate the service, meet accounting or security obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can disconnect a Xero organisation from the dashboard. For account access, correction or deletion requests, contact your Adnan Digital Inc account manager. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

Email delivery

ADN Invoice records when Xero accepts an email request. That confirmation is not proof that a recipient's inbox accepted or displayed the email.
